Press Release Policy
Press release must originate from an ESTA member or their marketing firm and must be in the form of a press release. Press releases should be sent electronically to protocol@esta.org for consideration. Press releases will not be extracted from a company newsletter or from a link to a website.

Information must involve a current ESTA member.

Information to be considered includes (but is not limited to):

Announcements

• Change to or addition of office location, website, or contact information
• Award to or recognition of an individual or company
• New dealer or distributor relationships, partnerships, or alliances
• Acquisition of properties by an ESTA member relevant to the entertainment industry

People

• Change or addition of staff

Projects

• Involvement in a current or recent production or project relevant to the entertainment industry

Products

• Release or debut of a new product relevant to the entertainment industry
• Award to or special recognition of a product relevant to the entertainment industry

Any articles submitted may be edited for brevity and clarity, and checked for accuracy. Protocol (and ESTA) will not be held responsible for actions resulting from inaccuracies, omissions, or mistakes in articles submitted. Publication is at the sole discretion of the editor and staff of Protocol as well as the Protocol Task Group. Published press releases will not contain appeals for help, reports of legal proceedings, or reports not related to the entertainment industry.
