If you have ever seen a live performance such as a concert, play,
pageant, fashion show or your local rock band at your favorite club,
then a member of ESTA has probably had a hand in creating that experience
for you. In fact, if you have ever dropped money in a casino, ridden
an amusement park ride, strolled through a themed mall, visited a
trade show, attended a church program, lounged in a hotel
lobby, gone to a movie, or even watched a program on television, you
have undoubtedly seen the work of a member of ESTA.
ESTA, the Entertainment Services and Technology Association, has
over 450 members world wide, in over 250 cities, 5 provinces, and
21 countries. ESTA members represent a wide variety of companies
working behind the scenes to make the entertainment industry all
that it can be. Members represent a wide variety of companies specializing
in the areas of lighting, scenery, rigging, special effects, sound,
costuming and make-up.
There are three types of ESTA members. Our Manufacturing Members
design and manufacture products that are particular to the entertainment
industry, such as lighting fixtures, dimming and control, color
filters, projected images, rigging materials, atmospheric effects,
scenic supplies, audio equipment, and much more. Our Dealer Members
specify, distribute, install, and service this equipment for the
end user. Our Affiliate Members are the creative teams that envision
the production or performance space, and those that are responsible
for bringing those visions to life.
Always at the pulse of the entertainment industry, ESTA members
work in an infinite array of environments behind the scenes to create
quality products and services. ESTA is an association dedicated
to servicing this group of professionals and helping them work together
