Membership Committee
The Membership Committee is co-chaired by the three Vice Presidents. The Membership Committee is responsible for developing new members and membership policies. If you are considering ESTA membership, please feel free to contact a Committee member at any time to answer your questions and get you started on your path to ESTA membership. As an existing member of ESTA, you may contact the Vice President of your segment at any time to share your thoughts and ideas about the organization. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Vision:
To serve the organization by developing membership in all categories and representing the interests of ESTA members.

Mission:
To accomplish the Vision by identifying and delivering potential new members, advising on membership materials, recommending dues levels, and establishing membership and dues policies.

What We Expect of Volunteers:

• contribute time at USITT and LDI to contact potential new members
• contribute 2-3 hours a month for telephone follow-up with potential new members and maintaining healthy relationships with existing members
• maintain a good knowledge about programs ESTA offers
• have positive personal experiences with the Association that can be enthusiastically relayed to prospective members
• provide input on ways to increase quality membership
