Gen esta Committee
The GenESTA Committee was formed to address the issue that the ESTA leadership, with a couple of exceptions, is getting a “little long in the tooth.” We found that this was true in our meetings as well as the organization as a whole therefore the committee was formed to bring new lifeblood to ESTA.  Our goal is to make a feeder program for ESTA involvement leading to ESTA participation and membership from the younger generation of members. Mission:
We at ESTA believe that our members are our most important asset and are the force that allows our organization to continue its efforts within our industry.  We need our new, younger members to:

• Infuse ESTA with new ideas, energy and enthusiasm
• Enhance industry representation
• Broaden our base, expanding the number and scope of projects we can undertake

What We Expect of Volunteers:

• make time available for monthly phone calls and other follow-up
• to provide creative ideas and assist in their implementation
• availability to meet at USITT and LDI in person or via web meeting
• a time commitment of approximately 1 hour per week
• access to email
